Application Scope: Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for wind power motor is mainly applied to the vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of wind power electric generator. Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, stator or rotor of wind power motor is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.
Characteristics: Technology Advantages: We have been devoted to development of process flow and configuration for different kinds of vacuum equipment since our company's establishment in 1992. And we successfully developed a series of vacuum pressure impregnation plants: automatic vacuum pressure impregnation plant in 1994 in South Wuchang Locomotive Depot; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for traction motor in 2000 in Yongji Electric Factory; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for wind power motor in 2009 in Sichuan Dongfeng Motor and Jiangte Motor.
