Vacuum oil filling plant is mainly applied in filling oil under vacuum to amorphous alloys transformer, power transformer, traction transformer, UHV electric element and other electric insulation product (some functions, such as: drying, pressure impregnation and others could be selected according to product characteristics).

In 2013 - continuously developed special kinds of vacuum oil filling plant and were put into operation in Bombardier CHANGQIAN, SENYUAN ELECTRIC HENAN, ABB JIANGSU and others.
In 2014 - hosted and drawn up National Standard "Amorphous alloy core transformer vacuum filling plant" (JB/T 12010-2014), "High voltage mutual inductor vacuum drying & filling plant" (JB/T 12011-2014), "High voltage mutual inductor compositive vacuum filling plant" (JB/T 12012-2014) and issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT).
